Job Description

Join QTC Medical Group as a Staff Audiologist and play a crucial role in providing care to military service members. Use your expertise to assess hearing issues and improve the quality of life for those who have served.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and interpret tests to determine hearing impairment
Evaluate test results and medical records to determine causes of hearing loss
Conduct otoscopic examinations and cerumen management
Lead training for paraprofessional staff
Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
Travel up to 50% for audiology examinations

Required Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Audiology (Au. D) from an accredited college or university
5+ years of clinical practice experience
Currently licensed Audiologist in the state employed
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Professional experience related to Compensation and Pension Examination
Experience with hearing conservation programs/noise conservation programs
