Key Responsibilities
Support client’s customers as the first point of contact
Answer questions concerning customer accounts
Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and website inquiries
Process transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers
Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Able to submit to a pre-employment screening
At least 18 years of age
Pass a Customer Service Skills Assessment
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Adapt to new technologies and apply problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years in Call Center Environment/Customer Experience
Two or more years Medicaid or medical insurance experience
Proficient with words and sheets
Type at least 60 WPM
