Key Responsibilities
Own prototyping jobs in the assembly labs
Manage multiple jobs with varying priorities
Interact with cross-functional teams
Communicate and follow through on assembly improvement suggestions
Manage lab equipment maintenance and support lab audits
Mentor and train junior teammates
Advocate resource capabilities and present on symposiums
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline
Minimum of 5 years of packaging/assembly experience in semiconductor field
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Expert experience with manual and auto wire/ribbon bonders
Die attachment experience
Solder reflow experience
Wet and dry cleansing practice experience
Experience with automated die and SMT component placement tools
Experience with automated adhesive dispensing tools
Screen printers experience
Experience translating information from schematics and mechanical design documents
Experience in RF field
Experience in Printed Wiring Board design and manufacturing
Experience with Product Data Management (PDM)
