Key Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care and treatment
Coordinates care and conducts resident assessments
Serves as charge nurse and delegates tasks to personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
