Join Intuit as a Tax Advisor and help clients navigate tax complexities from the comfort of your home. Utilize your expertise to provide exceptional customer service and support while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong tax preparation experience
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
