The Med Lab Scientist II performs advanced laboratory specimen testing, including phlebotomy, on patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics under medical supervision. The role ensures patient safety while adhering to established competencies and quality standards. Additional duties are assigned as needed within a clinical laboratory setting.
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Summary:
Under the direction of the Medical Directors and management staff, provides state of the art laboratory specimen testing, including phlebotomy, from neonates to geriatric patients ensuring patient safety. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
