Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, SC. This role offers the chance to positively impact patient lives while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality 3D images for medical diagnosis
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
Educate patients on MRI procedures
Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot MRI equipment
Administer contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
Document procedure details in compliance with hospital policies
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a Radiology program with specialization in MRI
One year of experience as an MRI Tech
Valid Radiology/MRI license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Current ARRT or equivalent certification
Current ARMRIT or equivalent certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
