Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components
Conduct operational checks of machines
Utilize shop tools for maintenance tasks
Prepare and maintain mechanical maintenance reports
Inspect equipment to identify necessary repairs
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Gather samples and data for predictive maintenance analysis
Follow safety protocols during maintenance activities
Operate power industrial trucks and cranes
Recommend updates to equipment manuals
Coordinate with management and vendors for parts and services
Respond to emergency situations and equipment failures
Participate in training sessions to maintain certifications
Communicate with team members regarding maintenance activities
Monitor and manage inventory of parts and supplies
Adapt to new technologies and equipment
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Mechatronics or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to work at heights up to 125 feet and pass Fall Protection Training
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Industrial Robotics, Electronics or equivalent
Ability to work around electromagnetic fields
