Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch
Provide coaching and leadership to branch staff
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Handle customer concerns and escalations
Assist in recruitment and training of branch staff
Monitor cross-selling and branch performance
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and compliance
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Minimum of two years banking experience
Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
