Key Responsibilities
Directs production, packaging, and bakery on production lines
Supervises, trains, and develops subordinates
Responsible for interviewing and hiring qualified employees
Manages employee performance and skills development
Responsible for safety, housekeeping, policy administration, and employee relations
Works closely with USDA representative to ensure compliance
Checks product quality and assures performance
Maintains constant improvement in quality products and good manufacturing practices
Required Qualifications
4-5 years related work experience in food industry manufacturing
Minimum of 2 years in supervision
High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
SAP experience
Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and BRC regulations
Advanced knowledge of bakery/dough processes
