Key Responsibilities
Administers nursing program to maintain standards of resident care
Facilitates geriatric care process optimization
Advises medical staff and administrators on nursing service matters
Monitors nursing staff operations and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Five years nursing experience
Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Housing with Services, HUD, and/or assisted living experience
Knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care
