Location: Clarksville, TN
Start Date: 9/29 / ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 7P–7A
Call: As needed
Floating: To Step-Down, Med/Surg, and ED as needed
Requirements:
TN RN License
BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted)
ICU-level experience: ventilator management, vasoactive drips, lytics, critical patient assessment, tracheostomy care, neuro/stroke, STEMI, sheaths, and other high-acuity skills
Previous travel experience preferred

Patient Ratio: 2:1
Number of Beds: 21
EMR: Cerner
Role Overview:
The ICU RN is responsible for providing high-acuity care to critically ill patients, utilizing the Nursing Process according to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The nurse demonstrates advanced clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership while delivering safe, patient-centered care. May float to step-down, med/surg, or ED units as needed.
