The Catering Manager oversees budgets and catering operations for a specific location or a unit with less than $100K volume. Responsibilities include planning events with the culinary team, managing staff, developing systems for growth, and handling financial reporting and billing. Financial Results: Manage costs, prepare sales reports, bill clients, and balance revenue with customer satisfaction. 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in catering management. ~ Strong planning, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ~ Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or related field.
