Details/Requirements:
9/15-9/22 weekday clinic + weekend call. 9/22-9/26 weekday clinic. 10/13-10/20 weekday clinic + weekend call. 10/20-10/24 weekday clinic. 11/10-11/17 weekday clinic + weekend call. 11/17-11/21 weekday clinic. 12/8-12/15 weekday clinic + weekend call. 12/15-12/19 weekday clinic.
90% Hematology, 10% Oncology.
Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days with night call. If dates include weekend call, that is Friday night thru Monday morning 8am.
Onc consults in hospital as needed.
Board Certified Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
Active Indiana license or IMLC. BLS, DEA.
EPIC required.
