Key Responsibilities
Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Utilize instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning
Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars
Assess student progress through assignments and tests
Provide feedback and support to help students improve
Maintain accurate records of student performance
Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures
Communicate with students, parents, and guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree before first day of work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for learning and commitment to student development
Ability to work in person in New York City
