We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. This role requires a strong background in internal medicine and the ability to manage various patient needs effectively.

Position Details

Qualifications

  • Primary Care: 1 year experience (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and procedures.
  • Experience with medical records management, including proficiency in EPIC.
  • Ability to perform essential procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for effective diagnostic evaluation and triage of patients.
