Key Responsibilities
Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff
Trains and guides staff on job duties and food safety procedures
Cooks and prepares food following production guidelines
Safely uses food utensils and operates cooking equipment
Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment
Maintains excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Experience as a cook or related role required
Food safety certification required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision required
Proven knowledge of food preparation principles and food safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisor experience in a related role preferred
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills
