Job Description
Join Tatum as a Director of Project Solutions to lead client acquisition and deliver high-impact project solutions within the finance sector. This strategic role requires a proven track record in consultative sales, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a target account list of CFOs and finance leaders
Engage in discovery-driven conversations to understand clients' finance challenges
Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key finance stakeholders
Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with recruiting and other business lines to ensure client needs are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven ability to sell consultative solutions or interim professional services at the Director or C-suite level
Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience selling professional services or consulting solutions to senior finance stakeholders
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite)
Prior experience as a CFO, Controller, or finance leader
Existing relationships within the finance and accounting community
