Join Boeing as a Workday HCM Configuration Lead to champion development operations and deliver innovative solutions for the HR organization. You'll collaborate with teams to enhance Workday tools and improve user experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Functional Analysis in support of Workday Development teams
Partner with Domain Leads and Business for analysis of problems
Develop new and/or optimized business requirements and functional improvements
Support business case studies for technology developments
Develop a continuous delivery pipeline and drive relentless improvement
Provide subject matter Testing and Data Management Support
Coordinate with business and technology teams
Support recurring operational events and actions
Execute events in Workday and support legacy HR applications
Research and recommend industry best practices
Drive an operational model for Workday functionality uptake
Provide Post-Production Support and Hypercare leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and administering Workday functionality
5+ years of experience in Requirements Management
5+ years of experience with requirements-based testing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
One or more Workday Partner/Customer Certifications
3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
Experience developing and implementing process improvements
Experience in design thinking, user centered design, human centered design
