Key Responsibilities
Organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
1 year experience in a rehab or acute care setting
