Key Responsibilities
Lead regular commercial reporting
Collaborate with category management and sales teams
Incorporate retailer voice into HQ coffee system strategy
Support weekly coffee system communication process
Manage relationships with key strategic accounts
Support content development for communications
Assist with sales and marketplace analyses
Provide administrative support for the commercialization team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Ability to work across multiple levels and functions
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Robust knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with POS reporting tools like Circana or Nielsen
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
