Job Details:
• Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Required to take 1 day of call per month • Entry-level position working under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor • Provide specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and/or pediatric patient populations • Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician orders • Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment and techniques • Perform diverse range of diagnostic, interventional and/or surgical procedures • Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm completion and quality standards • Transfer images and data to archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting • Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance • Must be graduate of CAAHEP accredited cardiovascular program OR JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program • Must meet eligibility requirements for CT Certification (ARRT) within 12 months of hire • AHA BLS certification required • Associate's degree or higher preferred • Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Required to maintain accurate records and work with medical terminology • Must be able to multi-task and remain calm in stressful situationsFacility:
