Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member experience through various communication channels
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and policy changes
Provide accurate advice and solutions to member inquiries
Maintain required licenses and registrations
Ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Property & Casualty license before date of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
