Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate member experience through various communication channels
  • Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and policy changes
  • Provide accurate advice and solutions to member inquiries
  • Maintain required licenses and registrations
  • Ensure compliance with risk policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Property & Casualty license before date of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
  • US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
