Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive, focusing on driving sales growth in the Philadelphia region. This remote role involves building strategies to convert new customers, presenting engaging solutions, and maintaining strong relationships to exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and present solutions to prospective customers
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create custom pricing solutions for high growth commercial customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team upon customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek constant improvement and apply coaching
  • Positively impact culture and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/ GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
