Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals
Ensure high quality, low stress patient care
Lead and coach behavior staff
Manage research projects related to animal behavior
Collaborate with other teams for integrated animal care
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to work well within a team
Comfortable participating in humane euthanasia decisions
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Low Stress Handling – Silver certified or willingness to obtain
