Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies within the Staples family, as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a dynamic sales team, drive sales strategy, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve targets and promote growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance
  • Provide consistent coaching, development, and accountability for sales processes
  • Conduct call coaching sessions and crucial conversations
  • Attend customer account reviews and trade shows
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
  • Conduct audits and ensure team calibration based on business direction

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
