Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals
Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance
Provide consistent coaching, development, and accountability for sales processes
Conduct call coaching sessions and crucial conversations
Attend customer account reviews and trade shows
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Conduct audits and ensure team calibration based on business direction
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
