Key Responsibilities
Delivers prescribed therapeutic radiation doses to patients and accurately monitors and documents each treatment.
Incorporates technical knowledge of equipment and clinical treatment set-up.
Makes decisions related to patient care and treatment.
Conveys set-up instructions to co-workers and communicates effectively with physicians.
Makes decisions regarding patient scheduling and communicates with patients and families.
Provides patient care and initiates life support measures as necessary.
Associate's degree from an Accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology
Radiation Therapy (T) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology
1-3 years of experience as Radiation Therapist
