Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Your role involves assisting customers with various financial needs while building meaningful relationships and contributing to community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial recommendations and solutions
Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Follow all financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
