Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient + Acute Care
Location: Iowa
Schedule: Primarily Outpatient (OP) with 1 day/week in Acute Care
Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient (Acute)

Department Overview

• Outpatient (OP) Patients/Day: 8–10
• Acute Care Patients/Day: 10–12
• Majority of the schedule will be outpatient-based, with one assigned day per week in an acute care setting.

Submission Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient/Acute Care experience encouraged
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

• Current work history/resume
• Home/taxable address (must be listed somewhere in the profile — e.g., resume or submission notes)
• Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission)
• Iowa PT license – active and verified
• Copy of BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• References – highly preferred
