Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary business admin and operations roles
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Match candidates to client staffing needs
  • Collaborate with the team for timely placements
  • Conduct check-ins and manage candidate performance
  • Maintain records in ATS and CRM
  • Contribute to weekly goals and KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR
  • Experience recruiting for white-collar or office roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, digital tools, and Google suite
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in supporting others
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles
