Key Responsibilities
Perform program administrative and operational needs
Maintain office equipment and coordinate with facilities department
Enter and maintain all relevant information for program clients
Support case management and clients with entitlement applications
Track and monitor fiscal responsibilities, including program fee/rent collection
Procure supplies and equipment as needed
Ensure data entry and systems tracking are accurate and timely
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree with 2 years' experience or HS diploma with 5 years' experience
Minimum of two years' experience working with human services programs
