Key Responsibilities
Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis
Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans
Building rewarding relationships with patients to aid in their recovery
Educating nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients and standards of care
Required Qualifications
Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
CPR certification
ACLS within 1 year of hire
6 months dialysis nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
CRRN certification
1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting
