Key Responsibilities
Lead human clinical materials biomanufacturing campaigns
Prepare final formulated cellular products for clinical trials
Oversee and coordinate junior staff in manufacturing activities
Develop methods and supervise manufacturing of clinical materials
Develop SOPs, Batch Records, and product specifications
Train and supervise Manufacturing Associates and Specialists
Serve as a liaison to senior management and external organizations
Co-author manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
Ensure implementation of safety regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related scientific field
Four years of related experience or Master's degree with two years of related experience
Excellent understanding of scientific principles
Working experience with aseptic cell culture
cGMP clean room experience
Excellent computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Aseptic technique and cell culture experience
cGMP experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience with CAR T, TCR, T cells, gene editing
Knowledge of generating SOPs and batch records
Experience with tech transfer and engineering/qualification runs
Experience with assays such as ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR
