Job Description
Join Guitar Center as a Retail Guitar Repair Technician and combine your passion for music with your technical skills. You'll be responsible for servicing customer instruments and maintaining store inventory while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
Maintain store owned gear as requested
Complete warranty repair work
Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
