Key Responsibilities
Teach foundational middle school math principles
Use CCSS-based Math curriculum and culturally responsive problem-solving activities
Motivate students to think critically about problem-solving
Analyze student work samples and assessments with principal/instructional coach
Build positive relationships with students and families
Participate in professional development and school-wide meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools
Academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
Eligibility for NJ state teacher certification
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in K-12 education
