Key Responsibilities

  • Providing case management for a small caseload of children on the autism spectrum
  • Completing initial intake and recurring assessments
  • Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering 30+ treatment hours per week for clients
  • Providing family guidance
  • Leading and educating a team of Registered Behavior Therapists
  • Discharge and transition planning

Required Qualifications

  • Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
  • Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Eagerness to be part of a team-oriented culture
  • Commitment to being a leader for the team
