Key Responsibilities
Providing case management for a small caseload of children on the autism spectrum
Completing initial intake and recurring assessments
Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans
Delivering 30+ treatment hours per week for clients
Providing family guidance
Leading and educating a team of Registered Behavior Therapists
Discharge and transition planning
Required Qualifications
Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
