Key Responsibilities
Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience
Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Troubleshoot and assist with Client service and device issues including internet connectivity
Deliver support for internet service related issues pertaining to operating systems, PCs, and browsers
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and solve customer issues effectively
Manage trouble ticket system for user issues
Maintain a positive attitude and courteous demeanor with customers
Complete work assignments within expected time frames
Required Qualifications
6 months Customer service experience preferred
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer system
Proven oral & written communication skills
Logical problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
