Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
  • Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Troubleshoot and assist with Client service and device issues including internet connectivity
  • Deliver support for internet service related issues pertaining to operating systems, PCs, and browsers
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and solve customer issues effectively
  • Manage trouble ticket system for user issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude and courteous demeanor with customers
  • Complete work assignments within expected time frames

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months Customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
