Speech-Language Pathologist – SNF
Location: Manchester, CT
Schedule: Full-time
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Overview:

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility team in Manchester, CT . This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a direct impact on the quality of life and functional communication of older adults.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, and physicians
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and facility standards
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers to support progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility)
• Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
