Join Kaiser as a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional, where you'll provide critical mental health assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention to adults. Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop personalized treatment plans and offer support to members and their families in a compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and coordinates clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and maintains confidential records
Collaborates with physicians for psychotropic medication evaluation
Supervises Post Masters Fellows and Associate Clinical Social Workers as needed
Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California)
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis
Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous post license experience in psychiatric treatment team
Clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy
Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity

Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives in a timely manner
