Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide first touch resolution
Make outbound calls to respond to customer queries
Respond to customer emails and mail
Record customer interactions and maintain documentation
Perform administrative functions such as document and payment tracking
Adhere to compliance and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
2+ years call center or retail customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Workflow management experience
Ability to follow documented Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Clear and professional communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
