Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel and guidance on policies and regulatory compliance
Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders on performance management processes
Establish relationships to guide staffing and workforce planning
Energize employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of HR experience
Experience in compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience with HRIS and time/attendance systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
