Key Job Details – New Jersey Mammography Tech Travel Assignment

• Location: Sewell, NJ 08080 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)
• Facility: Comprehensive breast imaging center
• Assignment Duration: 12 weeks (Start: 11/3/2025 – End: 1/26/2026)
• Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour days (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Weekend Rotation: Every fourth Saturday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2280 - $2450
• Charting System: EPIC
• Scrub Color: Pewter/Gray

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist (preferred)
• Active BLS certification
• ARRT (R) and ARRT advanced certification in Mammography
• New Jersey state license (pending NJ license accepted)
• FDA/MQSA qualification preferred (including 15 CEUs in mammography within 36 months)
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Proficient in screening and diagnostic mammograms, and assisting with invasive breast procedures
• Knowledge of digital mammography and 3D digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) equipment

Mammography Tech Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Assist with invasive breast procedures, including needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies
• Operate advanced breast imaging equipment (digital mammography, 3D DBT)
• Ensure radiation safety and compliance with universal precautions
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in EPIC
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized healthcare team focused on breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and patient support
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotations
