As a Case Associate at The Jewish Board, you'll support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence through personalized recovery goals. You'll provide essential services, advocate for residents, and ensure a supportive living environment, all while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Provides services to residents within program regulations and agency mission
Evaluates and assesses independent living skills
Advocates on behalf of residents with other service providers
Conducts monthly unit/apartment inspections
Completes regular documentation of all resident interactions
Participates in planning and execution of special and holiday events
Required Qualifications
AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting
HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van
