Job Description
The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants, driving sales performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in engaging customers and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve growth in the foodservice industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants
Lead district meetings to drive sales performance
Engage in customer relationship management and conversion opportunities
Champion company initiatives and implement strategies
Participate in ongoing training sessions
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use Sysco's CRM tool for planning and forecasting sales growth
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Superb organizational and project management skills
