Job Description

The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants, driving sales performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in engaging customers and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve growth in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants
  • Lead district meetings to drive sales performance
  • Engage in customer relationship management and conversion opportunities
  • Champion company initiatives and implement strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions

Required Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use Sysco's CRM tool for planning and forecasting sales growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience
  • Superb organizational and project management skills
