Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects including change orders, submittals, procurement, and financial updates
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate construction activities
Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field of study
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software like Hard Dollar and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
