Key Responsibilities
Understand AFC policies and procedures related to customer accounts and loan processing
File and maintain electronic and manual customer account files
Index and convert paper documents to images
Perform data entry and loan processing for multiple customers
Process payments and provide customer support for inquiries
Provide prompt and courteous service to internal and external customers
Prepare required documentation and reports using automated systems
Maintain positive relationships with dealers, auctions, and branches
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with automotive and financial services concepts
