Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a Restaurant Assistant Manager - Team Lead to ensure exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Ensure the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests
Manage daily operations and ensure team follows processes and policies
Enhance guest experiences through team member training
Create effective work schedules and delegate shift assignments
Supervise and coach team members
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest and team member complaints
Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
1-3 years management experience
