Radiation Oncology - Physician

The Radiation Oncologist at Adventist Health Portland provides specialized radiation therapy treatments, including radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy, for cancer and select benign conditions. The role requires board certification or eligibility, Oregon licensure, and participation in a collaborative oncology care team. Adventist Health Portland is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist (MD/DO) to join our growing oncology practice located in beautiful Portland, Oregon. This opportunity is based at Adventist Health Portland, where you’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive care team.

The ideal candidate will bring clinical strengths and interest in one or more of the following areas:

• Radiosurgery – Expertise in delivering precise, high-dose radiation treatments.
• Brain Metastases Management – Experience with advanced treatment planning and multidisciplinary care.
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) – Especially for indications beyond lung cancer.
• Head and Neck Oncology – Comprehensive care for complex head and neck malignancies.
• Benign Conditions – Including the use of radiation therapy for non-malignant diseases such as osteoarthritis.
• Gynecologic Cancers – Proficiency in treating a range of gynecologic malignancies with modern techniques.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon

• Must meet Adventist Health Portland’s medical staff credentialing standards
