Key Responsibilities
Direct a team in driving results for key metrics by selling total print solutions
Connect with customers to provide creative print and marketing solutions
Drive customer satisfaction through engagement and quality service
Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling
Lead and develop a team focused on operational excellence and profitability
Consult with customers to offer appropriate print solutions based on their needs
Leverage Salesforce.com for customer management and outreach
Required Qualifications
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the stores needs
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
