Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs
Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions
Document client information and establish therapeutic plans
Educate clients and their families about treatment plans
Supervise assistants, aides, and students in care
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Appropriate education level in accordance with state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in long-term care and rehabilitation
Knowledge of age-related treatments and evaluations
